The time consuming process of cataloguing, photographing, and uploading each one-of-a-kind creation is not something we have the capacity to do at this time. But we would love to see your face in person at one of our many artisan markets in Rhode Island and Massachusetts! And if you saw something at one of our markets in person and would to inquire as to whether or not it’s still available, simply contact us.

Some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to metals prior to making a purchase.

Many of our jewelry pieces are made using antique, vintage, and repurposed materials that contain unknown metals. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, and the varied composition of each individual piece, The Opulent Squid will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

Don't wear your jewelry while you're asleep or while you're having a long shower or soak in the bath or when exercising.

Avoid wearing perfume at the same time as your jewelry. Perfume contains strong chemicals which can cause a reaction that may harm the metals or irritate your skin.

Please treat your pieces gently! Although every care is taken to ensure the strongest materials are used, they may not withstand hard labor! If you have accidentally broken a piece, contact me and I will make every effort to make it right.

All jewelry should be kept clean and dry in closed storage when not in use.
